2. Tactical Procurement & Contract Lifecycle
Tendering & Negotiation: Coordinate the full procurement lifecycle—from vendor prequalification and tendering to high-stakes rate negotiations and contract finalization.
Expediting & Logistics: Monitor order placements and coordinate with freight forwarders to expedite timely delivery, taking immediate corrective action on any shipping or documentation discrepancies.
Vendor Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews and stakeholder meetings, utilizing data-driven reports to identify areas for supplier improvement and cost-saving.
3. Financial Control & Operational Integrity
Budgetary Governance: Enforce strict cost allocation in line with approved budgets and perform final invoice verification for payment processing.
Database Management: Maintain an accurate, audit-ready database of all supply chain activities, including inventory records and project-site material coordination.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing procurement team, promoting a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ISO 9001 certification requirements and QHSE standards.
