We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Center Agents who are fluent in both Yoruba and English to join our team on a 6-month contract basis (extensible).
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent service, particularly in handling urgent or sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Contact Center Agent.
- Fluency in both Yoruba and English is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in handling urgent or sensitive customer calls/situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Salary
