Job Description:
- We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service Delivery Department!
- As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly
- Manage customer support tickets using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Collect and document customer feedback
Requirements:
- Fair knowledge of telecom technologies (Internet Bandwidth, Leased Circuits, IoT)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in telecommunications customer service is an advantage.
