We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our Customer Service Delivery Department!
  • As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll deliver exceptional service, resolve complaints, and provide product information.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly
  • Manage customer support tickets using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Collect and document customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Fair knowledge of telecom technologies (Internet Bandwidth, Leased Circuits, IoT)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in telecommunications customer service is an advantage.
