Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support.
Responsibilities
- Act as Goto Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).
- Follow up on customers' inquiries and issue resolution.
- Follow up and improve onboarding process on customer projects.
- Manage our Customer Support Channels.
- experience with Email communication, customer relation software
- Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
- Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Must be an expert in IT especially excel
- Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
- Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
- At least 2 years experience in Travel agency
- Must have experience in flight booking
- Must be experienced Sales and customer management
- Must Reside in Lagos.
Salary
