Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Relationship Officer to expand our footprint in the FMCG space. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding distributors, wholesalers, and retailers while providing hands-on leadership to our field agent teams. If you possess a blend of sales acumen and field supervision experience, this is the perfect opportunity to drive growth for a leading fintech brand.
Requirements:
Team Supervision: Lead and support the daily activities of field agents to ensure consistent performance and professional conduct.
Target Achievement: Drive the execution of weekly and monthly acquisition targets, including merchant onboarding, KYC verification, and system activation.
Performance Tracking: Review field reports and monitor critical KPIs, such as daily visit volumes, POS deployment numbers, and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
Field Coaching: Conduct frequent joint field visits to monitor agent productivity, provide on-the-spot coaching, and resolve real-time operational challenges.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze field data to identify market gaps, assess distributor performance, and submit actionable reports to management.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with distributors, retailers, and internal cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending.
Leadership: Proven track record in supervising sales agents or managing high-performing field teams.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Competencies: Strong sales negotiation, leadership communication, and long-term relationship management skills.
Mindset: A results-oriented professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Salary
