Job Description:
- Support the customer service team in handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Receive and record customer orders accurately, including service type, item details, and delivery timelines.
- Tag and label clothing items correctly upon receipt to ensure proper identification and tracking throughout the cleaning process.
- Respond to basic customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries, and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Issue receipts and maintain order tags to ensure proper tracking of garments from intake to delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, contact details, and order history using Microsoft Excel and internal registers.
- Assist in preparing simple reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance using Excel and Word.
- Help track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Support the preparation of customer communication materials such as notices, updates, and service information using Word and PowerPoint.
- Assist in gathering and summarizing customer feedback for service improvement purposes.
- Schedule and coordinate customer pick-up and delivery follow-ups where required.
- Support the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and service updates.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides for internal reviews or service performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND or BSc Degree in any relevant field.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to read, write, and accurately record customer and order details.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in tagging, recording, and tracking clothing items.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced service environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or laundry operations is an added advantage but not required
Salary
