Job Description:

Testify Limited is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to serve as the voice of our brand. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support across multiple digital channels. Requirements:

  • Multichannel Support: Act as the primary contact for inquiries via email, phone, social media, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Problem Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels and escalating complex issues when necessary.

  • Onboarding & Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new students and community members, providing guidance on our programs and services.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM, identifying trends in feedback to help improve overall service quality.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and academy teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and seamless service delivery across all touchpoints.

  • Knowledge Management: Assist in updating FAQs and help guides to empower our customers with self-service solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role. Prior experience in the tech, SaaS, or digital education sector is a distinct advantage.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.

  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
