Job Description:

  • As the Talent Growth Manager, you will be at the heart of our people strategy — shaping how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent that powers creativity and execution in experiential marketing.
  • This role requires a blend of strategic HR expertise and hands-on execution to ensure our teams are inspired, capable, and aligned with our culture.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Growth:

  • Design and implement talent management frameworks that support career growth, learning, and succession planning.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure organizational sustainability.

Performance Management:

  • Lead the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and development-focused conversations.
  • Partner with leaders to translate business goals into team and individual objectives.
  • Provide coaching to managers on feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement.

Manpower Planning:

  • Conduct workforce analysis to determine present and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design manpower plans aligned with business growth.
  • Monitor attrition and retention trends to inform proactive interventions.

Retention & Employee Engagement:

  • Design and execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, motivation, and wellbeing.
  • Champion the organization’s culture, ensuring alignment between values and employee experience.
  • Develop strategies to improve retention of high-performing and high-potential employees.

Culture & Employee Experience:

  • Support leadership in cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
  • Drive initiatives that celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.
  • Ensure onboarding and talent integration are seamless and impactful.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Development, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the delivery of training, learning and development programs.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Development/Growth Manager/Specialist or similar; experience of coaching at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management and development programs.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to present clear, wellstructured reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and adaptability to situations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Training and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
