Job Description:
- As the Talent Growth Manager, you will be at the heart of our people strategy — shaping how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent that powers creativity and execution in experiential marketing.
- This role requires a blend of strategic HR expertise and hands-on execution to ensure our teams are inspired, capable, and aligned with our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Growth:
- Design and implement talent management frameworks that support career growth, learning, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure organizational sustainability.
Performance Management:
- Lead the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and development-focused conversations.
- Partner with leaders to translate business goals into team and individual objectives.
- Provide coaching to managers on feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement.
Manpower Planning:
- Conduct workforce analysis to determine present and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to design manpower plans aligned with business growth.
- Monitor attrition and retention trends to inform proactive interventions.
Retention & Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute initiatives that boost employee engagement, motivation, and wellbeing.
- Champion the organization’s culture, ensuring alignment between values and employee experience.
- Develop strategies to improve retention of high-performing and high-potential employees.
Culture & Employee Experience:
- Support leadership in cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Drive initiatives that celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.
- Ensure onboarding and talent integration are seamless and impactful.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Development, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the delivery of training, learning and development programs.
- Proven experience as a Talent Development/Growth Manager/Specialist or similar; experience of coaching at a senior level.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent management and development programs.
- Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to present clear, wellstructured reports.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills and adaptability to situations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Training and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
