Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spa Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Lagos location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving business growth.

Requirements:

• Manage day-to-day spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of therapists and support staff to deliver premium service.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Implement strategies to increase client retention and grow spa revenue.

• Maintain a welcoming environment and handle client inquiries or concerns professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 4–5 years of professional experience in spa management or a related hospitality leadership role.

• Qualifications: Proven relevant qualifications in spa administration, beauty therapy, or hospitality management.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, customer service, and operational management abilities.

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos.
