Job Description:
- Front desk management including welcoming patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow using the clinic’s booking system.
- Handling incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating patient registrations, updating patient records, and maintaining accurate data entry.
- Managing patient billing processes and coordinating with the clinical team where necessary.
- Providing clear information to patients regarding appointments, services, and clinic procedures.
- Ensuring a professional and organised reception environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
- Basic computer literacy including email, Microsoft Office, and messaging platforms.
- Professional appearance and patient‑focused attitude.
- Experience within a medical, dental, or healthcare environment will be considered an advantage
