Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, coordinating administrative activities, supervising support staff, and implementing policies that improve operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company's administrative operations and support services.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate company logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Support management in planning, organizing, and executing company projects and activities.
- Oversee fleet, security, facility maintenance, and general office operations.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of administrative management experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.
- Experience in facility management, procurement, and office administration.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary
