Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, coordinating administrative activities, supervising support staff, and implementing policies that improve operational effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's administrative operations and support services.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate company logistics, travel arrangements, and asset management.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Support management in planning, organizing, and executing company projects and activities.
  • Oversee fleet, security, facility maintenance, and general office operations.
  • Prepare periodic administrative reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of administrative management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management tools.
  • Experience in facility management, procurement, and office administration.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
