Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility Manager to oversee the operational integrity of Enugu Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our building systems function at peak performance, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. Requirements:

• Systems Maintenance: Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of all critical building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC.

• Maintenance Planning: Coordinate and enforce comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Team Leadership: Manage internal technical staff and oversee the performance of external contractors/service providers.

• Compliance & Safety: Monitor and uphold high safety standards, ensuring full compliance with local building regulations and fire safety codes.

• Financial Oversight: Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed facility performance reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related technical field.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in facility management or complex technical operations.

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of modern building management systems and industry-standard maintenance practices.

• Soft Skills: Proven leadership capability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-traffic environment.
