Job Description:
- Develop and maintain detailed content calendars and plans aligned with brand goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports broader marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories.
- Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform.
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
- Design and execute Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Optimize ad performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Track analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
- Experiment with new ideas to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience.
- Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Community and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing online communities, especially WhatsApp groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptability to changes in social media trends and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
