Job Description:

• We are seeking a talented Content & Social Media Manager who excels at sharing authentic project stories online.
• This role is crucial in creating engaging, easy-to-understand content that highlights our work in smart buildings, ELV systems, solar energy, CCTV, and automation.
• You will manage our social media presence, craft content from site activities, and contribute to the growth of our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Plan and create compelling content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Project Storytelling: Transform site work, installations, and projects into clear, engaging posts that resonate with our audience.
• Simplified Communication: Write relatable captions using everyday language to explain technical concepts.
• Consistency Management: Oversee posting schedules to ensure a consistent online presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to gain insights into projects and communicate them effectively.
• Multimedia Production: Create basic graphics and short videos showcasing installations (before, during, and after).
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and propose improvements based on analytics.
• Brand Voice Maintenance: Ensure that Ujax’s brand voice is consistent across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Content Tools Proficiency: Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Editing Skills: Ability to edit short videos and photos from site activities.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Interest in Technology: A genuine interest in engineering, technology, or smart systems is a significant advantage.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing social media or digital content.
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon for a general audience.
