Job Description:

• The Social Media Manager/Content Creator develops and manages engaging content across digital platforms, building Panthera’s online community and promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategy for all platforms.
• Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories).
• Respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with PR for event coverage and live updates.
• Track analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Grow followers and boost online engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Content Frequency: 20 posts/18stories/18videos published per week.
• Engagement Rate: Likes, shares, comments, saves per post.
• Follower Growth: 10% growth in followers monthly.
• Response Time: 5mins Average response time to DMs and comments.
• Campaign Success: 80% Performance of ads or boosted posts vs targets.
• Brand Consistency: 100% Adherence to content calendar and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related.
• Proven experience managing brand social media pages.
• Creative content creation skills (photography, video, editing).
• Familiarity with analytics tools and trends.
• Flexible to work nights/events for live coverage.
