Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile Graphic & Motion Designer who is equally comfortable designing for high-quality print as they are creating dynamic motion assets for digital platforms. This role is for a practitioner—someone who prioritizes proficiency and experience over formal certificates.

You will be the creative engine for our brand collaterals, moving seamlessly between CorelDraw for precision print layouts and the Adobe Creative Suite for high-end digital and motion graphics. If you have at least 3 years of experience, a portfolio that proves your range, and you reside within the Anthony/Maryland axis, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.

Requirements:

1. Multi-Format Visual Design

• Brand Collaterals: Design layouts for corporate brands, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

• Print Mastery: Utilize CorelDraw to create production-ready files for large-format prints, packaging, and stationeries.

• Digital Excellence: Create visually striking still graphics for websites and social media that align with current design trends.

2. Motion Graphics & Video

• Dynamic Storytelling: Create high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns and social media video content.

• Video Production: Use After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce innovative video assets that capture audience attention.

• Trend Integration: Stay updated with global motion design techniques to ensure our brand remains innovative.

3. Project Execution & Collaboration

• Deadline Command: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery under tight timelines.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work closely with other creatives and cross-functional teams to translate project goals into visual reality.

• Detail Integrity: Maintain a strong attention to detail and artistic consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar creative role.

• Education: Minimum of SSCE; proficiency and portfolio quality are prioritized over higher degrees.

• Location: Must reside near the Anthony/Maryland axis in Lagos for the hybrid work schedule.

• Portfolio: A strong, organized portfolio featuring both still and motion graphics is mandatory.

Technical IQ

• CorelDraw Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CorelDraw for print and layout is essential.

• Adobe Suite Mastery: High proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
