Job Description:
Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking a high-energy, creative Brand & Marketing Officer to shape and scale our visual and strategic identity. In this role, you will be the custodian of our brand voice. You will translate our business objectives into high-impact digital campaigns, managing everything from social media strategy to market research and content creation. We are looking for a "growth-minded" professional—someone who is as comfortable analyzing market trends as they are designing a viral infographic in Canva. Requirements:
1. Brand Identity & Visual Governance
Consistency Management: Ensure that every piece of communication, from pitch decks to social posts, adheres to the established brand guidelines.
Creative Design: Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce professional marketing assets, graphics, and promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
Content Coordination: Act as the lead editor for brand copy, ensuring all messaging is persuasive, accurate, and aligned with company goals.
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Multi-Platform Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email, and the company website to maximize visibility and traffic.
Lead Generation Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to design campaigns that convert digital engagement into high-quality business leads.
Social Tools Management: Utilize social media management tools to schedule content, engage with the community, and monitor brand sentiment in real-time.
3. Market Research & Strategic Growth
Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and our competitors' positioning.
Performance Analytics: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to iterate and improve future campaigns.
Business Alignment: Develop branding strategies that directly support the company’s long-term growth and customer acquisition targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience. (Entry-level candidates with a strong creative portfolio are highly encouraged).
Technical IQ: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools is essential; knowledge of social media management software is a major plus.
