Job Description:

• Define and implement the social media content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conceptualize, produce, and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, videos, stories, livestreams, etc.).
• Manage the editorial calendar aligned with key sports events and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, ambassadors, partners, and digital media.
• Monitor, moderate, and animate the community daily (DMs, comments, etc.).
• Drive organic growth and increase content virality.
• Analyze performance using reporting tools (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Maintain ongoing market watch on digital trends, competitors, user behaviors, and innovations in the industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in entertainment, sports, or online gaming.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Creative, autonomous, and proactive. We want someone who brings bold ideas to the table.
• Passionate about sports, sports betting, and the digital world.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of a local language or another international language is a plus).
