Job Description:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Content Management: Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for [List 3-4 Key Platforms, e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok].
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and foster a positive, growing online community. Manage crisis communications and customer feedback on social channels.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize performance and strategy.
- Trend Identification: Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social.
- Demonstrable ability to translate data/insights into actionable content strategies.
- Strong understanding of current social media marketing landscape and platform algorithms.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing and growing brand social media accounts.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
