Job Description:
Kloudopp Limited is seeking a dual-threat Social Media & Visual Content Manager to architect our digital footprint. We are not just looking for someone to "post updates"; we want a results-driven creator who can design high-conversion graphics and execute a sophisticated social strategy across the tech and startup landscape.
In this role, you will have the creative freedom to define Kloudopp’s brand voice and visual identity. You will be responsible for turning complex tech concepts into engaging stories, viral-ready designs, and meaningful community interactions.
Requirements:
1. Visual Identity & Graphic Mastery
High-Impact Design: Create high-quality graphics, campaign assets, and announcements using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Brand Positioning: Ensure every visual asset aligns with Kloudopp’s premium tech-brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent "look and feel" across all touchpoints.
Format Optimization: Tailor visual content for platform-specific specs—from high-resolution LinkedIn infographics to fast-paced TikTok/Reels video assets.
2. Strategic Content & Platform Growth
Omnichannel Management: Lead the daily operations for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Facebook.
Content Architecture: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that balances educational tech insights, product announcements, and audience engagement.
Copywriting & Storytelling: Craft compelling, tech-fluent copy that drives action and humanizes our brand.
3. Analytics & Ecosystem Collaboration
Performance Tracking: Use platform analytics to monitor reach and engagement, translating raw data into actionable content optimizations.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure social content supports broader business goals and product launches.
Trend Integration: Proactively identify and leverage emerging tech trends and social media algorithms to keep Kloudopp ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or Digital Content Manager (Portfolio required).
Sector IQ: Previous experience with Tech, Education, or Startup brands is a significant advantage.
Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools, along with social media management software.
Core Competencies
Creative Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take full ownership of the brand voice.
Strategic Copywriting: A talent for writing for different audiences—from professional B2B on LinkedIn to casual B2C on TikTok.
Analytical Grit: Comfort with data and a commitment to continuous strategy improvement.
