Job Description:
- Kairos Creative Hub is seeking an organized, friendly, and creative professional to manage our front desk while enhancing our online presence.
- As the face of our company, you will ensure exceptional client experiences both in-person and online through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and walk-in customers. Handle in-person and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct visitors in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Media Management: Manage content publishing across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn to enhance our brand visibility.
- Engagement Monitoring: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions to optimize our social media strategies.
- Guest Reception: Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression of our creative hub.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to enhance the client experience.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Creativity: A creative thinker who can generate fresh content ideas for social media.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace is required.
- Social Media Familiarity: Basic familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Minimum qualification of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration or social media management is preferred but not required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Salary
