We are seeking a creative and high-energy Social Media & Community Manager to serve as the digital face of our company. In this role, you will be more than just a "handler"; you will be a storyteller and a brand guardian. You will be responsible for building a vibrant online community, creating viral-ready promotional content, and ensuring that every customer interaction on our platforms is handled with speed and professionalism.

Requirements:
1. Content Strategy & Creative Execution
Promotional Content: Design, write, and publish high-impact promotional content (graphics, reels, and copy) that aligns with company marketing objectives.
Campaign Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product promotion, and audience education.
Platform Optimization: Tailor content for specific platform algorithms to maximize organic reach and engagement.
2. Community Management & Engagement
Active Listening: Monitor all company social media accounts in real-time to attend to comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the first line of support, resolving customer inquiries on social channels with empathy and brand-aligned tone.
Engagement Growth: Proactively engage with industry influencers, partners, and followers to grow the company’s digital footprint.
3. Analytics & Growth Reporting
Performance Tracking: Use platform analytics to track key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.
Trend Spotting: Stay updated on viral trends, audio, and platform updates to keep the brand’s content relevant and "on-trend."
Strategy Refinement: Prepare monthly reports that translate social data into actionable insights for the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts (portfolio required).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
Core Competencies
Copywriting: Ability to write catchy headlines and engaging captions that drive action.
Multitasking: Capability to manage multiple social media profiles simultaneously without compromising quality.
