Job Description:

Kishalom Nigeria Ltd. is seeking a professional and highly organized Secretary to serve as the administrative backbone of our organization. This role is far more than traditional clerical work; you will be the central hub connecting management, staff, and external stakeholders. Requirements:

Office Coordination & Administration

  • Workflow Management: Ensure daily office operations run smoothly with minimal supervision, anticipating administrative needs before they arise.

  • Scheduling: Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are executed on time.

  • Records Management: Establish and maintain accurate, secure filing systems (both physical and electronic) for easy retrieval of company documents and records.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline office procedures to enhance overall departmental efficiency.

Communication & Representation

  • First Impressions: Serve as the front-facing representative of Kishalom Nig Ltd., providing a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors and clients.

  • Correspondence: Manage all incoming calls, emails, and physical mail with a high degree of professionalism and promptness.

  • Inter-departmental Link: Facilitate clear and timely communication between different departments to keep internal teams aligned and informed.

Executive & Strategic Support

Qualifications and Skills:
