Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to serve as the backbone of our Egbeda office. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by managing essential administrative workflows, supporting management, and maintaining the highest standards of office efficiency. The ideal candidate is a professional who excels at multitasking, pays meticulous attention to detail, and possesses the communication skills to represent our company effectively.
Requirements:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive clerical assistance to management, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
Communication Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for office inquiries, managing incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor reception with professionalism.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure management time is optimized.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential filing systems (both digital and physical) to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
Office Coordination: Support daily office logistics, track inventory of supplies, and ensure the office environment remains professional and organized.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Secretariat Studies, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
