Job Description:
The Secretary to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the MD, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, meetings and confidential information.
Requirements:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences and official engagements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and visitors professionally.
- Maintain confidential records and company documents.
- Follow up on assignments and action points on behalf of the MD.
- Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as directed by the MD.
- Must be 30 years and above
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
