Job Description:

  • The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office documentation and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls)
  • Maintain records and prepare reports
  • Support management and operational staff
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years administrative or secretarial experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
