Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Experience Officer to lead the optimization of third-party mobile applications and user scenarios for the Nigerian market. In a mobile-first economy, the success of a device depends on how seamlessly it runs local "TOP" apps and navigates unique regional user behaviors.

Your mission is to explore the Nigerian digital ecosystem, identify local "pain points" (such as data constraints, network fluctuations, or specific fintech behaviors), and lead a team in building a high-impact Localization Scenario Library. You will serve as the critical link between the Nigerian user and global headquarters, ensuring our products deliver an elite, differentiated experience.

Requirements:

1. Market Intelligence & Scenario Construction

• Ecosystem Mapping: Continuously update the list of Nigeria’s TOP third-party applications and identify niche, differentiated apps unique to the local market.

• Pain Point Mining: Identify and analyze local user scenarios and value opportunity points—such as USSD integration, offline usage patterns, or battery optimization for local app versions.

• Scenario Library Development: Build and maintain a robust Localization Scenario Library that serves as the blueprint for high-fidelity testing.

2. Quality Engineering & Experience Testing

• Process Leadership: Carry out the planning and construction of local experience testing on the Android platform, ensuring full-scenario business goals are met.

• Issue Interception: Identify and intercept "local characteristic issues" (e.g., specific app crashes on local networks) before they reach the mass market.

• Efficiency Optimization: Continuously improve testing output and methodology to ensure the rapid resolution of bugs and performance lags.

3. Team Leadership & Global Liaison

• Personnel Development: Manage and mentor a high-output experience team, guiding testers to improve their design thinking and technical capabilities.

• Cross-Border Communication: Articulate local user needs and technical pain points clearly to headquarters to influence global product roadmaps.

• Project Driving: Act as a catalyst for project progress, ensuring quality awareness is embedded in every stage of the testing cycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Communication Engineering.

• Technical IQ: Deep familiarity with the Android platform testing process and a strong theoretical foundation in User Research.

• Leadership: Prior experience in Test Team Management is highly preferred.

Core Competencies

• Scenario Recognition: Exceptional ability to "think like a user" to identify hidden friction points in mobile applications.

• Problem Solving: A proactive attitude with the drive to promote project progress and resolve complex technical hurdles.
