Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer with a mastery of Java (Spring Boot) or Go (Golang) to drive the technical evolution of our digital platforms. In a landscape of rapid scaling, we need an engineer who can move beyond feature development to architect systems that are concurrently high-performance, secure, and resilient.

Your mission is to lead the design and implementation of distributed backend systems and microservices. You will act as a technical lighthouse—making critical architectural decisions, mentoring junior talent, and collaborating with DevOps to ensure our cloud infrastructure is optimized for global demand. If you have 5+ years of experience building event-driven systems and a deep appreciation for "Clean Code," we invite you to lead our engineering efforts.

Requirements:

1. Systems Design & Microservices Architecture

• Distributed Engineering: Design and develop scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot) or Go, focusing on low latency and high throughput.

• Architectural Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, making decisions on service boundaries, communication protocols, and system scalability.

• Integration Excellence: Securely and efficiently integrate third-party services and external APIs to expand platform capabilities.

2. Data Persistence & Performance Tuning

• Polyglot Persistence: Architect and maintain optimized schemas across SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) environments.

• Event-Driven Messaging: Implement robust message queuing systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS to facilitate asynchronous communication between services.

• Observability: Integrate monitoring and logging frameworks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) to ensure real-time visibility into system health.

3. DevOps Synergy & Engineering Excellence

• Cloud-Native Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to manage deployments on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean using Docker and Kubernetes.

• CI/CD Mastery: Implement and refine automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable release cycles.

• Culture of Quality: Lead code review processes and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code hygiene and security.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Core Languages: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (Golang).

• Architecture IQ: Solid understanding of Microservices, RESTful API design, and Event-Driven Architecture.

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud platforms.

Core Competencies

• Data Mastery: Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
