Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Website & Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive measurable growth. In today’s economy, the website is the storefront and social media is the conversation; we need a professional who can master both.
Your mission is to manage the end-to-end digital experience—from troubleshooting backend code and optimizing UI/UX to curating high-engagement social content that converts followers into leads. You will transition seamlessly between being a WordPress developer, an SEO strategist, and a Creative Content Lead. Requirements:
1. Website Development & UI/UX Governance
Full-Stack Maintenance: Lead the technical development of our WordPress site, including implementing bespoke code (HTML/CSS/JS), managing plugins, and troubleshooting backend issues.
UX Architecture: Continually identify opportunities to improve the User Experience (UI/UX) based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Content Integrity: Manage the website lifecycle—from writing new pages to auditing and sunsetting outdated content to ensure brand relevance.
2. Social Media Growth & Brand Awareness
Content Curation: Produce and distribute original text, photos, and videos that foster engagement and align with our brand identity across all platforms.
Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way, cultivating community trust while driving sales and leads.
Consistent Aesthetics: Supervise all accounts to ensure visual consistency, from Facebook headers and profile imagery to blog layouts.
3. Performance Analytics & Search Strategy
SEO & SEM Mastery: Apply advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) best practices to increase organic and paid traffic.
Data Intelligence: Develop monitoring dashboards using Google Analytics to track digital attribution, user behavior, and campaign ROI.
Digital Advertising: Manage Google Ads and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, utilizing tag management and scripts to optimize ad spend.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design, technical development, and social media management.
CMS Mastery: Strong working knowledge of WordPress (bespoke code, plugin management, and theme customization).
Technical IQ: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with backend revisions and performance tuning.
Analytical Skills: Expert knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and tag management.
