Job Description:

Premier Hub Innovation Center is seeking a proactive and technically versatile IT Associate to join our team. In the high-stakes environment of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) and gas infrastructure, IT is more than just "fixing computers"—it is the foundation of site safety, communication, and operational data flow.

Your mission is to provide seamless daily support for hardware, software, and network systems across our office and project sites. If you have 1–2 years of experience, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, and the resilience to support multi-site operations, this is your opportunity to build a career in the energy sector’s digital landscape.

Requirements:

1. Systems Deployment & Hardware Lifecycle

  • Technical Setup: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and essential office peripherals to ensure zero downtime for project teams.

  • Troubleshooting Excellence: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex hardware and software malfunctions.

  • Asset Governance: Maintain a rigorous inventory of all IT assets and system documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness.

2. Network Continuity & Enterprise Support

  • Connectivity & Monitoring: Assist in managing LAN/WLAN connectivity, monitoring system health, and ensuring that network infrastructure remains stable across various sites.

  • Cloud & Collaboration: Provide expert support for Microsoft 365 environments, email systems, and business-critical cloud applications.

  • Data Resilience: Execute routine data backups and recovery protocols to safeguard organizational information against loss or corruption.

3. Security & Operational Support

  • Access Management: Manage user permissions and credentials, ensuring that security controls align with company data protection policies.

  • Site-Based Operations: Provide specialized IT support to field-based project teams, adapting to the unique technical challenges of gas infrastructure sites.

  • Security Vigilance: Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization from evolving digital threats.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or systems administration.

  • Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Administration, and fundamental Networking (TCP/IP, DNS).

  • Industry Advantage: Prior experience supporting multi-site or project-based operations (especially in Energy or Construction) is a major plus.

  • Customer Support: Exceptional communication skills to assist stakeholders at all technical levels.
