Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. This is a high-growth role designed for ambitious professionals who want to maximize their income through performance. Requirements:

  • Sales Execution: Actively prospect, engage, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring an excellent customer experience from the first touch to the final closing.

  • Market Presence: Represent the brand professionally at all times, whether working on-site or in the field, ensuring our value proposition is clearly communicated.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.

  • Strategic Growth: Proactively identify new market opportunities and contribute to team-wide sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, or OND.

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or retail environments.

  • Location: Must reside in or near Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

  • Key Attributes:

    • Self-driven with a hunger for commissions and career advancement.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

  • Advantageous: Car ownership is considered a strong plus for this role.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
