Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, result-driven Field Sales Executive (FSE) to serve as the face of our brand in the market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing product visibility, and ensuring our brand remains the first choice for our customers. This is a front-line role for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the dynamism of field work.
Requirements:
Sales Target Execution: Own your assigned territory by consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume targets.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Actively hunt for new business opportunities while nurturing long-term, profitable relationships with existing outlet owners.
Market Presence: Ensure our products are perfectly merchandised, visible, and fully available across all outlets in your route.
Market Intelligence: Serve as our "eyes on the ground." Provide accurate, timely feedback on competitor activities, pricing shifts, and emerging industry trends.
Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales process—from order taking and collection to stock rotation and adherence to company policies.
Reporting: Utilize mobile tools to submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to your line manager.
Trade Activation: Support brand promotions and marketing activations to increase product trial and customer awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: A minimum of 3 months of experience in sales, field activation, or merchandising (FMCG experience is a major plus).
Education: SSCE or OND qualifications are accepted, provided you demonstrate the right drive and aptitude.
Essential Skills:
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outlet owners.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone for data reporting and task tracking.
Field Readiness: Deep familiarity with the assigned territory is required.
Personal Attributes: High integrity, resilience, and the physical stamina to thrive in a demanding, high-energy sales environment.
