Requirements:

• High-Volume Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to introduce our offerings and generate new business revenue.

• Pitch & Convert: Master our value proposition to pitch effectively, handle customer objections with confidence, and close sales consistently.

• Pipeline Management: Differentiate between lead types, follow up diligently, and ensure our CRM is updated with every interaction.

• Target Excellence: Take ownership of your daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. We value those who hit their targets and strive to exceed them.

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in team huddles, learn from top performers, and apply feedback immediately to improve your closing ratio.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Whether you have done retail, hospitality, or customer service, we are looking for the right attitude over years of experience.

• Communication: You must have strong verbal skills, a friendly tone, and the ability to listen more than you talk.

• Resilience: Sales is a numbers game involving rejection. You must have the ability to bounce back, stay positive, and keep dialing until you find your next "Yes."

• Phone Confidence: You should be comfortable and energetic on the phone, regardless of who you are calling.
