OTIC Surveys is a full service Land Surveying and Digital Map Production company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are Registered Land Surveyors and we offer land/property survey and investigation, topographic survey, digital mapping, setting-out survey, as-built survey, bathymetric survey and route survey services.
Job Description:
- Actively engage both companies and individual customers daily through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp & other social media platforms, and in-person meetings.
- Sell surveying equipment, including GNSS receivers, total stations, drones, levels, and accessories to businesses (engineering firms, construction companies, architectural companies) and individuals (licensed surveyors, freelancers, etc.)
- Follow up persistently on inquiries, quotations, and leads until conversion.
- Develop tailored sales strategies for B2B (corporate, volume buyers) and B2C (individual professionals).
- Propose and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract walk-in and online customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly sales reports.
- Collaborate with our experienced surveyors for demos and product support when needed.
- Attend trade shows, webinars, and surveyor association events as a representative of the brand when needed.
- Support social media marketing and online promotions.
Requirements:
- Ability to craft and adjust messaging based on client type.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to think outside the box.
- CRM and digital marketing familiarity is a plus (e.g., Zoho, Mailchimp).
- A background in geospatial, engineering, surveying, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Surveying, or related field preferred.
- Must be living around Lekki, Chevron, or its environs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
- Proven sales track record in both B2B and B2C environments.
Questions:
- Do you reside around the Sangotedo, Lekki, or Chevron axis, or do you have reliable accommodation within these areas?
- Are you comfortable making cold calls to 40–50 prospects per day?
