We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Achieving the volume and distribution target of the Region
- Grow MS and Sales Volumes of the organization within the assigned customers and sales regions
- Management of Key Distributors and regularly review with the Customers their performance and contribution in line with the Customer Management Review template.
- Building amazing customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a Regional Business Plan for the region and a Customer Business plan for each customer in the Region.
- Develop New Sales opportunities within the designated Region and build team capability and capacity to harness these opportunities.
- Communicate and ensure the realization of Marketing Grids Priorities and OP implementation.
- Generate orders and drive prompt delivery and payment
- Proper liaison between customers with the relevant stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and factory) to guarantee growth and customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage a database of Corporate and Modern Trade Customers
- Monitoring and ensuring recommended price compliance in the Region
- Manage the relevant documentation for delivery to customers
- Management of MSL (must stock list) for our category portfolio in the relevant outlets
- Monitoring competition activities and market intelligence reports and feeding back tothe trade marketing and marketing team for designing trade action and reactions.

- Capacity Development of the team
- Number of new customers
- Frequency of orders
- Service level (speed of delivery)
Requirements:

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. degree in any of the Business fields.
- Experience: +6 yrs in Sales/Marketing.
- At least 3 years in managing sales region functions
- Proficient in the use of the English language
- Valid driving license
Simple Criteria:
- R - Relevant experience in sales and business development functions.
- R - Perfect knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially PowerPoint, Word & Advanced Excel

- R - Able to identify new sales opportunities (new customers, new segments)

Previous / Professional Experience:
- Relevant experience in sales, trade marketing, and business development functions.
