Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Personal Assistant to anchor the central engine of the MD’s office in Lekki Phase 1. In a high-stakes executive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the decision and the precision of the schedule success is defined by "Executive Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex calendars with the clinical precision required for Stakeholder Management, Event Planning, and Special Projects. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect", specifically a professional with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Organizational Grit" (overseeing office inventory and equipment) with the "Technical Agility" required to master MS Office and Google Workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Executive Governance

  • Sovereignty of Schedule: Manage complex calendars and travel arrangements with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Time Optimization."

  • Communication Architecture: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and letters), providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless information flow.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion, ensuring the "Source of Executive Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Project Logic

  • Project Sovereignty: Support special projects and conduct high-level research for presentation preparation, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Support."

  • Documentation Architecture: Prepare and edit high-fidelity documents, reports, and presentations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive decision-making.

  • Event Stewardship: Coordinate conferences and meetings, maintaining the "Source of Professional Engagement."

3. Operational Integrity & Relationship Power

  • Stakeholder Sovereignty: Manage relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, acting as the primary "Source of External Representation."

  • Office Architecture: Oversee equipment and inventory management, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a friction-free workspace.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of relevant expertise (specifically within Construction or Real Estate) to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Executive Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc Degree or HND qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (Construction/Real Estate experience is a distinct advantage).

  • Technical Power: Elite proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and capable of supporting complex administrative tasks under pressure.
