Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-level executives, managing complex schedules, handling confidential matters, and coordinating both business and personal affairs with exceptional professionalism.

Requirements:

Executive Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Manage the CEO’s business and personal calendar, including high-stakes meetings, events, and complex travel itineraries.

  • Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, luxury accommodation, ground transportation, and visa/protocol processing.

  • Prepare detailed meeting briefs, agendas, and presentation materials.

  • Act as a proxy for the CEO in meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up on action items.

Communication & Correspondence

  • Act as the primary gatekeeper, prioritizing incoming emails, correspondence, and calls.

  • Draft high-level professional responses and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain the highest standard of corporate etiquette in all representative duties.

Task & Project Coordination

  • Oversee progress on directives across business units, maintaining executive task dashboards to ensure accountability.

  • Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of strategic tasks.

Personal & Family Management

  • Provide white-glove personal support, including managing family schedules, school activities, and personal engagements.

  • Oversee household logistics, including maintenance and vendor management.

  • Handle personal administrative tasks, including subscriptions, bill payments, and banking records.

Investment & Financial Oversight

  • Maintain organized records of personal investment portfolios and business interests.

  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and legal counsel.

  • Perform preliminary reviews of financial reports to highlight critical items for the CEO’s attention.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role supporting C-suite executives in Nigeria.

  • Competencies:

    • Expertise in managing complex, fluid schedules for high-profile executives.

    • Strong financial literacy with experience handling sensitive/confidential financial documentation.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity/collaboration tools.

  • Soft Skills: Unwavering discretion, integrity, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

₦300,000 - ₦400,000/month
