Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Personal Assistant to anchor the operational engine of a high-net-worth Manager. In the specialized landscape of Lekki’s corporate and social ecosystem, success is defined by "Executive Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a complex diary with the clinical precision required for Travel Logistics, Stakeholder Management, and Social Media Integrity. This role is designed for a "Continuity Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (handling expenses and minutes) with the "Strategic Agility" required to act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements:

1. Interface Orchestration & Communication Governance

  • Gatekeeper Sovereignty: Act as the clinical point of contact between the manager and all clients, acting as the primary "Source of Access Control."

  • Screening Architecture: Direct phone calls and distribute correspondence with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive focus.

  • Inquiry Stewardship: Handle complex requests and queries appropriately, ensuring the "Source of Professional Response" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Scheduling Logic

  • Diary Sovereignty: Manage the executive diary and schedule meetings with clinical speed, acting as the primary "Source of Time Optimization."

  • Logistics Architecture: Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for seamless domestic and international movement.

  • Information Stewardship: Conduct research and provide briefed information as needed, maintaining the "Source of Executive Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power

  • Administrative Sovereignty: Manage expenses and maintain meticulous records, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal and Data Accuracy."

  • Content Architecture: Manage social media platforms and digital presence, providing the "Visual Foundation" for the Manager's public-facing brand.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiency to take dictation and produce board-ready minutes under pressure, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role (Corporate environment preferred).

  • Tech Mastery: Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Social Media Management.

  • Location: Based in or accessible to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
