Job Description:
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and exceptionally organized Personal Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to the Principal. This is a versatile role that spans both professional business operations and personal matters. You will serve as the Principal’s primary point of contact, requiring a candidate who can anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and navigate high-stakes environments with poise and total confidentiality.
Requirements:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Meticulously manage the Principal’s calendar, ensuring time is optimized for both business objectives and personal commitments.
Travel Logistics: Coordinate seamless local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Communication Liaison: Act as the gatekeeper for incoming communications, handling correspondence and liaising effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Operational & Personal Support: Assist with a diverse range of administrative, operational, and personal tasks, ensuring the Principal’s daily life and work run smoothly.
Executive Presence: Accompany the Principal to critical meetings, events, and site visits, ensuring appropriate support and follow-through.
Confidentiality: Maintain an unwavering standard of discretion and professionalism regarding all business and personal matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-level support role.
Flexibility: Must be comfortable working flexible hours and traveling as required by the Principal’s schedule.
Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
High level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
Preferred Qualification: A valid driver’s license is preferred for mobility during site visits and errands.
