Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team in Ibadan. You will serve as a key operational partner to our executive, managing daily schedules, logistics, and correspondence. If you are highly organized, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent travel, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Executive Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, prioritize appointments, and ensure the daily schedule runs efficiently.
Administrative Excellence: Draft professional emails, formal letters, and essential business documents.
Logistics & Travel: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, bookings, and general logistics.
Digital & Social Presence: Assist in maintaining our online profile by helping to draft and create engaging social media content.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications: A minimum of an SSCE.
Mindset: You are ambitious, resourceful, and naturally proactive—always looking for ways to streamline processes.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility: A high level of adaptability and a willingness to travel frequently as business needs dictate.
Drive: The ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
