Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Personal Assistant to anchor the executive office of our Managing Director. In the hyper-active business environment of Lagos, success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex scheduling and travel logistics with the clinical precision required for stakeholder diplomacy, report preparation, and task tracking. This role is designed for an "Executive Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Diplomatic Grit" (screening calls and liaising with stakeholders) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage digital filing systems and high-fidelity presentations.
Requirements:
1. Calendar Orchestration & Flow Governance
Scheduling Sovereignty: Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar with clinical focus, ensuring every meeting and appointment acts as a "Source of Strategic Alignment."
Logistics Architecture: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, ensuring every itinerary is a "Source of Zero-Friction" for the MD.
Communication Power: Screen and redirect calls and correspondence with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Information Filtering" for the executive office.
2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic
Meeting Architecture: Organize high-level meetings and prepare agendas, ensuring every minute taken acts as a "Source of Accurate Record-Keeping" for the organization.
Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare reports, presentations, and sensitive documents with millimetric precision, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for MD-led initiatives.
Task Stewardship: Track deadlines and follow-ups with high-velocity focus, acting as the "Source of Timely Execution" for all executive-level directives.
3. Stakeholder Diplomacy & Ad-Hoc Power
Liaison Sovereignty: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring the MD’s office is recognized as a "Source of Professionalism."
Errand Architecture: Run personal errands and provide ad-hoc support with clinical speed, maintaining the "Source of Lifestyle Balance" for the Managing Director.
System Stewardship: Maintain physical and digital filing systems with professional discretion, ensuring the "Source of Confidentiality" is never compromised.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of robust experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Support role.
Technical Mastery: High-velocity proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Location Strategy: Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a significant strategic advantage.
