Job Description:

Requirements:
Executive Support: Assist with the daily priorities and administrative needs of management.
Communication: Serve as an effective point of contact for inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring messages are delivered accurately and professionally.
Operational Coordination: Assist with the organization of daily workflows, document management, and logistics to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Reliability & Follow-through: Maintain an organized work environment and ensure that sensitive information is handled with appropriate care.
Qualifications and Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to represent the office effectively.
Personal Attributes: Must be highly responsible, hardworking, and possess a strong work ethic.
Experience: Previous experience in the real estate sector is considered a significant advantage.
Location: Living on the Lagos Island is considered an added advantage for ease of logistics.
