Job Description:
- To drive consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in the country and in assigned key accounts by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while growing the existing business for Bayer Pharma and Bayer Consumer Health portfolio.
Key Performance Areas
- Passion for Performance: Deliver strong sales and market share growth in the assigned territory.
- Deliver Growth: Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives for the country through effective execution of agreed strategies and annual strategic brand plans.
- Excellence in Execution: Achieve effective and efficient territory coverage by delivering agreed pharmacy and HCP call rates aligned to the customer segmentation and targeting plan.
- Key Opinion Leaders and Stakeholder relationship management: Develop collaborative external and internal relationships that enhance customer care journey and channel feedback.
- Collaboration: Develop collaborative external and internal relationships that enhance customer journeys, channel customer feedback into the organization.
- Embrace a performance driven and results-focused working culture that delivers on sales commitments.
- Expense budget management, financial control and procedures.
- Other duties as required by the KAM/BUH.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Prior experience in market pharmacy & hospital environment is an advantage and preferred.
- Strong sales track record and evidence of delivering on targets consistently
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage, collaborate and influence at all organizational and management levels.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
