Job Description:
Are you a persuasive talker with a knack for closing deals? We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to drive the growth of our loan portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential borrowers, helping them navigate our financial products and converting leads into successful loan applications.
This is a high-energy, target-driven position perfect for someone who excels at building rapport over the phone and turning "no" into "not yet."
Requirements:
Sales & Lead Conversion
Outbound Engagement: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our diverse loan offerings (Personal, Business, etc.).
Product Education: Clearly explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to ensure transparency and customer trust.
Closing: Qualify leads and diligently follow up with interested prospects to ensure loan applications are completed and submitted.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all calls, customer feedback, and sales progress within the CRM system.
Target Management: Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with the Credit and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to disbursement.
Relationship & Support
Inquiry Handling: Act as a subject matter expert, providing professional solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1–3 years in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Financial Services Sales. Specific experience selling loans or credit products is a significant advantage.
Technology: Must possess a functional Android phone (required for mobile sales tools).
Core Skills:
Persuasion: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
Resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and high performance in a high-rejection, target-heavy environment.
Communication: Fluency in English (additional local languages are a plus).
Aptitude: Strong time management and lead-generation skills.
