Job Description:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare innovation? We are seeking a Sales Representative to expand the reach of IfeanHealth’s services. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for promoting our healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

Your mission is to build a robust referral network, convert medical institutions into strategic partners, and ensure that IfeanHealth remains the top choice for healthcare providers and their patients.

Requirements:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Field Sales: Conduct regular visits to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics to introduce IfeanHealth’s unique service offerings.

  • Lead Conversion: Identify high-potential referral partners and successfully convert healthcare professionals and administrators into active users of our services.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new partnerships and client acquisition.

Professional Relationship Management

  • Network Building: Develop and maintain high-trust relationships with doctors, nursing leads, and hospital administrative teams.

  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between IfeanHealth and partner institutions, ensuring a seamless flow of information and service delivery.

  • Retention: Follow up with existing partners to provide ongoing support and ensure long-term collaboration.

Clinical Promotion & Awareness

  • Value Proposition: Effectively educate healthcare providers on the clinical and operational benefits of IfeanHealth’s solutions.

  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at healthcare events, medical conferences, and professional meetings with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Collateral Management: Distribute and present marketing materials tailored to the needs of different medical specialties.

Intelligence & Internal Collaboration

  • Reporting: Submit detailed reports on field visits, lead generation activities, and competitor trends in the healthcare market.

  • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate insights from the medical community to our internal operations team for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Medical Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, or Healthcare Business Development.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Proven ability to build networks within the Nigerian hospital system.

    • Strong negotiation and "closing" skills in a B2B healthcare context.

    • Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.

  • Soft Skills:

    • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence (essential for healthcare environments).

    • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

    • Professional grooming and etiquette.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
