Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to anchor our market presence in Ado-Ekiti. In a competitive regional economy, success is defined by "Conversion Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive field engagement with the persuasive power required to hit ambitious sales targets. This role is designed for a "Market Growth Architect" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Direct Marketing Grit" with the "Customer Relationship Diplomacy" required to build a loyal client base.
Requirements:
1. Prospecting & Market Acquisition
Field Orchestration: Identify and engage potential customers through direct marketing, cold-calling, and regional networking.
Lead Intelligence: Build a high-fidelity pipeline of prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to meet monthly revenue benchmarks.
Market Penetration: Execute localized sales strategies designed to increase market share within Ado-Ekiti and its surrounding environs.
2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Mastery
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed predefined sales and marketing targets through clinical closing techniques and high-frequency engagement.
Value Communication: Effectively articulate the benefits of the company’s products/services, ensuring clients understand the competitive ROI.
Commission Optimization: Leverage the robust commission structure by maximizing sales volume and maintaining high-quality client acquisitions.
3. Relationship Management & Brand Advocacy
Client Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Brand Loyalty: Act as the face of the company in Ekiti, ensuring professional representation and high-fidelity customer service at all times.
Reporting Integrity: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to support management’s strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of robust experience in sales or marketing.
Attribute: Must be highly motivated, target-oriented, and "ready to work."
