Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and target-driven Direct Sales Executive to anchor our market presence in Ado-Ekiti. In a competitive regional economy, success is defined by "Conversion Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize proactive field engagement with the persuasive power required to hit ambitious sales targets. This role is designed for a "Market Growth Architect" with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Direct Marketing Grit" with the "Customer Relationship Diplomacy" required to build a loyal client base.

Requirements:

1. Prospecting & Market Acquisition

  • Field Orchestration: Identify and engage potential customers through direct marketing, cold-calling, and regional networking.

  • Lead Intelligence: Build a high-fidelity pipeline of prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities to meet monthly revenue benchmarks.

  • Market Penetration: Execute localized sales strategies designed to increase market share within Ado-Ekiti and its surrounding environs.

2. Sales Conversion & Revenue Mastery
