Job Description:
- Welcome and direct patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Manage phone calls, enquiries, and patient follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure that all medical records are protected and kept confidential
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Excellent customer relationship skills, Computer proficiency
- Ability to multi-task
- Time management.
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate must possess an HND / B.sc qualification in Medical Records from a recognized institution. HMO
- 1 - 5 years of experience is required.
- Valid practicing license from the relevant body is mandatory.
