Job Description:
- The General Manager will provide overall leadership, manage business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the effective performance of all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across departments.
- Drive strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Lead teams to meet organizational goals and performance targets.
- Identify and manage new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage.
