Job Description:
Flutterwave is seeking a high-velocity Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive large-scale business acquisition across Nigeria and key African markets. This is a revenue-adjacent role—you are not just creating content; you are building the demand engine that fuels our most significant deals.
You will be responsible for shaping the narrative for Africa’s largest businesses, supporting long-form, relationship-driven sales cycles, and taking clear ownership of enterprise pipeline contribution. This role requires a rare blend of strategic maturity and creative execution. If you understand how C-suite decision-makers in Africa buy payments infrastructure and can partner with Sales leadership to move high-value accounts from "prospect" to "partner," this is your stage.
Requirements:
1. Enterprise Strategy & Account-Based Intelligence
Market Mapping: Develop a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy focused on high-value verticals and priority segments across the continent.
Buyer Behavioral Analysis: Track shifts in enterprise buyer behavior, regulatory trends, and competitive activity within the payments ecosystem to keep Flutterwave ahead.
Vertical Specialization: Translate complex technical infrastructure and regulatory capabilities into bespoke value propositions for specific industries.
2. Demand Generation & High-Touch Activations
Pipeline Acceleration: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, executive roundtables, and industry forums that directly progress active deals.
Event Strategy: Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise roadshows and industry forums, ensuring every event is an intentional driver of pipeline growth.
Sales Enablement: Empower the Sales team with high-impact pitch assets, case studies, and thought leadership pieces that simplify the complexity of global payments.
3. Performance Analytics & Stakeholder Leadership
Revenue Attribution: Own the tracking and reporting of marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Brand teams to ensure all enterprise-facing materials are consistent and high-performing.
Governance & Trust: Ensure all initiatives uphold the highest standards of data privacy and regulatory compliance, reinforcing Flutterwave’s position as a trusted partner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 7–9 years in Enterprise, B2B, or Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of influencing large-scale business acquisitions.
Expertise: Deep understanding of long sales cycles and complex Decision-Making Units (DMUs) within the African context.
Event Mastery: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing high-level executive engagements and roadshows.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Core Competencies
Simplification: The ability to take complex fintech products and turn them into compelling, business-focused stories.
Data Fluency: Comfort using CRM and analytics data to guide campaign optimization and measure ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to lead external agencies and collaborate with internal leadership to hit revenue goals.
