  • Elite Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and corporate executives, resolving complex requests with speed and discretion.

  • SOP Leadership: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that align with global Grade A facility standards.

  • Crisis Management: Coordinate emergency response and incident management protocols, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during unforeseen events.

3. Vendor Orchestration & Financial Control

  • Procurement & Performance: Onboard and manage high-performing vendors and contractors, utilizing data-driven KPIs to evaluate service delivery.

  • Budgetary Precision: Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking expenses with a focus on optimizing operational costs without compromising on quality.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility remains 100% compliant with Lagos State safety regulations (LASEMA, Fire Service) and international health and safety standards.

  • Leadership Tenure: Proven track record of managing technical teams, engineers, and large service provider cohorts.
